No joke, it’s a great night to get out and look at the Moon through your camera, telescope, binoculars, or even just your eyes. The Moon is going to be nice and high and almost full, so a little more interesting than a blinding light. I always think of the Van Morrison song or Pink Floyd, but you can do you. Maybe Sinatra?
Regardless, if you can’t get out and look, take a little trip (click on the Moon below) to my high resolution gallery and see if you can orient yourself with the craters! It’s got enough detail to make your head swim. It’s been a week so here’s to a quiet weekend!
